Logins and portals
We don't run our own patient login. Your appointment is managed via Priceline's online booking system and your full immunisation history lives on the Australian Immunisation Register, accessed through myGov. Here are the direct paths.

Your full vaccination history, downloadable as an Immunisation History Statement, accepted by schools, employers and Family Tax Benefit.
Link your Medicare service to myGov, then open the Australian Immunisation Register from the Medicare service menu.

Where individual vaccination appointments are scheduled. Open the Priceline booking page to make a new booking, or use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel an existing one.
To modify an existing booking, use the email link Priceline sent at the time of booking. If you booked as a guest, call us on (03) 9364 7133 and we will make the change for you.

Search the AHPRA register to verify the registration of any pharmacist immuniser delivering your care. Registration numbers are issued by Services Australia.
Search by name, registration number or location. AHPRA registration is independent of any clinic — practitioners are personally accountable.

For workplace and corporate program HR contacts. Each program has a dedicated booking portal and reporting dashboard set up at the time of contracting.
