Service fee: some vaccinations incur a $20.00 service fee in addition to the cost of the vaccine. This covers the pre-vaccination screening, administration, 15-minute observation and AIR submission. NIP-funded vaccinations for eligible patients (including the free MMR catch-up) are not charged a service fee.
Before You Arrive
- Bring photo ID and your Medicare card (if you have one)
- Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to your upper arm
- Inform our pharmacist of any allergies or medical conditions
- Plan to stay for 15 minutes of post-vaccination observation
- Children aged 5–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
