Contact the pharmacy about school or community vaccination and catch-up services. Participation in an official school program, funded stock, provider authorisation and arrangements with the school or council must be confirmed before any clinic.
Agree clinical assessment, valid consent, student support, venue requirements, observation, record privacy and follow-up. A school enquiry does not establish that the pharmacy is the contracted provider for the government school program.

Agree reporting to the Australian Immunisation Register and how students can obtain their records.

We work alongside your school nurse or wellbeing team to coordinate schedules and student support.

Only necessary information may be shared with appropriate authority. Schools do not automatically receive individual health records.
Year 7 Secondary School Vaccine Program
The Victorian school program offers the following for eligible Year 7 students. Clinical suitability, consent and program rules apply:
HPV vaccine , Usually one dose
Specified immune conditions require a different HPV course
dTpa (whooping cough booster) , Single dose
Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough) booster
Year 10 Program
Year 10 students are offered the following vaccine:
Meningococcal ACWY
Single dose, protects against meningococcal disease types A, C, W, and Y
How the Program Works
Expression of Interest
Contact us to express interest in the program for the upcoming school year. We'll check availability and provide a service agreement.
Consent Distribution
Agree consent information and the lawful decision-making process. No automated portal is promised.
Clinic Scheduling
Agree suitable clinic dates. Most immunocompetent adolescents need one HPV dose; specified immune conditions require three.
Vaccine Delivery
Confirm immunisers, clinical assessment, equipment, emergency arrangements and at least 15 minutes of observation, or longer if advised.
Reporting & Catch-Up
Agree AIR reporting, individual aftercare and an appropriate catch-up pathway. Share student health information only with consent or another lawful basis.
